Naytronix – Robotic

Naytronix 400x168 Naytronix Robotic

Naytronix’s first single Robotic off his new LP Dirty Glow is a sweet mish-mash of cacophonous noise. An apt title, the synthesized beats move abruptly and surprisingly. Dotted with sparse vocals, the track is primarily a dance-infused, experimental piece with an Ornette Coelman-esque powerhouse free jazz interlude that oddly lends a cohesiveness to the track. The interlude acts as a bridge grounding the wild keyboard elements of the first part of the track to the more bass-driven aspects of the second half. Naytronix is the brainchild of tUnE-yArDs’ bassist Nate Brenner and while you might have to wait until October 9 for the full LP, get a glimpse of what is to come right now.
