Jeremy Rose (The Weeknd) Releasing Zodiac EP
Producer/songwriter Jeremy Rose at a young age of 23 isn’t known to many first hand but he is steadily building a reputation as one of the most sought after producers in the industry. He is the genius behind timeless productions such as The Weeknd’s House of Balloons (What You Need, Loft Music, The Party & The After-Party) along with Bay Area artists The Jealous Guys. Currently, claims of his production credits are stirring up a controversy stemming from a Vice article where he affirms that he was “screwed over” and members of The Weeknd’s crew would go as far as discrediting Rose’s “contributions” to the album. Regardless, his upcoming EP entitled Zodiac and all the revolving circumstances has piqued my interest. It makes its worldwide debut on September 24, 2012. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and see how this all plays out. Listen below and comment your thoughts.
