MF Doom “Doomsday”

MF Doom is one of my favorite emcees EVER.
“Doomsday” is off his debut album Operation: Doomsday released in 1999… which I think was the first track I heard by MF [Doom]. His lyrical imagery is so vivid. If I remember correctly, the first time I heard the song, I think I had an eargasm… luckily Cameron Diaz used it as hair gel (insert hee-hee-ho-hum here)
MF Doom’s persona was born in 1998. Since then, he only rocks the mic with a mask hiding his face. Inspired by his love of comic books, MF plays a villainous character in most of his joints. His body of work includes a few albums with his former group KMD, his collabo album with MF Grimm, and his aliases King Geedorah, Metal Fingers, and Viktor Vaughn. He’s best known for his collabos with producers Madlib (Madvillainy) and Dangermouse (The Mouse and the Mask
). Make sure to keep an eye out for the MF Doom-Ghostface Killah album to drop soon.
You can hear MF Doom’s work featured throughout Adult Swim on the Cartoon Network. Watch a commercial he did for the network: Christmas with Doom
