If you’ve heard Bibio’s music before….you haven’t heard anything yet until you check out his newest release Ambivalence Avenue. One thing’s for sure…his talent is immeasurable. His musical productions transpose elements of ambient, electronic, folk, hip hop, and experimental. You’ll find yourself questioning what exactly it is that you’re listening too. I find it quite amazing how he can transition from an organic, acoustic folk track into hard hitting beat any beat head can appreciate. Put it all together and you’ve got some amazing music. Highly Recommended

Weather Pending’s album And How! is a dreamy and imaginative collection of soothing and beautifully delivered sound that melts into your inner core and transports you into a world where only good things happen. Just imagine biting into a chocolate bar when you were a kid and that’s exactly the same feeling you’ll get when you listen. The San Fransisco based trio delivers a wide mix of styles ranging from dub, electronic, hip hop, and reggae. If you were wondering how they achieved such a rich warm sound, it’s all thanks to the wonders of recording live to 2 inch analog tape. Highly Recommended.

The highly anticipated Nosaj Thing album entitled Drift is now available through all major MP3 retailers (I-Tunes, Amazon.com, etc.). Hailing from Los Angeles, CA Jason Chung aka Nosaj Thing has been holding it down as one of the sickest producers in the scene. He’s shared the stage with artists such as Prefuse 73, Daedalus, and Flying Lotus and his productions consist of experimental electronic style music meshed with gritty hip hop-ish beats that tends to make minds melt into a gooey unidentifiable pile of existence. His new album is definitely something you can’t pass up. Instant classic right here. Check out this track called Coat of Arms.
