Here’s a track from The Black Keys album Attack & Release called Psychotic Girl. The band teamed up with Danger Mouse (Gorillaz, Gnarls Barkley, Beck, MF Doom) on this album to deliver not only classic sounding Black Keys flavor but to add a little trip-hop influence into the mix. The Black Keys are well respected amongst their peers. Bands such as Radiohead, Metallica, and members of Led Zeppelin are well known fans. Psychotic girl is a step away from their usual work focusing more on melody, space, and psychadelics. Danger Mouse has done an exceptional job of keeping their influences in balance.
