Billy Stewart was an R&B and soul singer who reached the height of his musical career in the 1960s. He’s known for his distinct scat style of singing. He had reached the top 100 and top 30 on the R&B billboard charts. Tragically his career took a downturn and his health along with it. He died at the age of 33 in a motor accident which also killed three of his band members.
